Legalsense works by default with a number of separate address fields and fields for the organization name and any contact persons. To get the name of the organization and the correct contact person above the address, it is necessary that all relevant data are entered. Think of the name of the organization and the contact persons.
This information can be entered by clicking on the name of the client under 'Contact information' on the Client page.
At 'New address' a separate address can be added for this client. You can choose between:
- Main Address;
- Mailing address;
- Visiting address
In the contact persons field, multiple contact persons can be added for the specific case. This can be an existing contact (which is already created in Legalsense).
The 'New Contact' option allows you to enter all relevant information of the new contact and save it in this screen:
