Billed revenue not visible in all reports

Legalsense distinguishes between fee revenue and other revenue. Other revenue can be added to an invoice by manually adding invoice lines. Fee revenue is always based on work performed based on time entries. Only fee revenue can be assigned to an individual timekeeper and can therefore also be requested per user in the (fee) report.

Other revenue is only assigned to the matter and the debtor and is available in the reports of the type 'billed amounts'.
