In the previously communicated release notes, you could read that the billing workflow has undergone a restructuring. Based on this restructuring, certain functionalities have been modified. During the rollout process, we received feedback from several customers, which we have promptly incorporated. As a result, the following adjustments have been made:

When a step is assigned to the Financial Admin, it also displayed which users were involved. However, this turned out to be a long list for some firms, so we temporarily limited it to a maximum of 40 characters. After this adjustment, it became clear that the previous situation, where only the Financial Admin was displayed, was the preferred option. Therefore, we have reverted this change.

When you are in the task overview and want to make bulk changes to tasks, you can do so using the 'Set next task' button. The option 'Approve by user' has been removed. Instead, you can now choose 'Check by responsible user' and will have the option to select a specific user. If no user is selected, the selected tasks will be moved to the next step in your workflow. This also applies when you select the 'Check by a second responsible user' option.

In the task overview, a button labeled 'Pass responsibility' was added. However, this button was not working properly, allowing tasks assigned to the Financial Admin to be linked to users who were not part of this group. The button has now been removed, so this is no longer possible. If you want to assign a task to a specific user, you can do so with the option described above.
