In order to use the Payment link to easily let clients pay their invoices, you need a payment link provider. We currently support the following payment link providers:
Mollie
You must first have a contract with Mollie. If you have not yet concluded a contract with Mollie, you can find more information at: Mollie - Payments. In Legalsense you can activate the payment link provider in the menu "Settings - Billing - Payment links". Select Mollie as payment link provider and fill in the necessary fields:
API key: You need to create this key in your Mollie environment.
Add payment link: When you check this checkbox, a payment link will be added for all invoices (if set in the invoice text and/or invoice email text). If you only want to use the payment link for specific debtors, you can uncheck this box and activate it at the debtor level. The debtor's settings are taken from the default settings, but can nevertheless be overwritten in the debtor's settings.
Adyen
You must first have a contract with Adyen. If you have not yet concluded a contract with Adyen, you can find more information at: Adyen - Pay by link. In Legalsense you can activate the payment link provider in the menu "Settings - Billing - Payment links". Select Adyen as payment link provider and fill in the necessary fields:
URL: Here you must enter the payment link URL of Adyen. Note: There is a difference between the URLs of the test and production environment of Adyen.
Account: At Adyen it is possible to create different merchant accounts. Enter the merchant account for which the payment link must be created here.
API key: To create the payment link, Adyen's API key is required.

If you only want to use the payment link for specific debtors, you can uncheck this box and activate it at the debtor level.
