You can search for a client via 'Clients' - 'Clients'.
In the 'Search:' field you can type the name of the client. All clients that (partly) match the entered value will be shown in the result.
In addition, you can use the 'Advanced search' function, which offers several filter options when searching for clients.
The search filters will be explained further below:
From date: here you can enter a from date. Clients with a creation date on or after this date are shown.
to: here you can enter an end date. Clients with a creation date on or before this date are shown.
Originator: here you can search for the "internal" referrrer, i.e. the employee who introduced the client.
Branch: if you supplied a branch when entering clients, you can use this in your search.
Sector: if your organization uses a classification in sectors, you can use this in your search
Referrer: here you can search on the "external referrer" of the client.
No time entries since: here you can enter a date if you are looking for a client for which no work has been done after a specific date.
Parent client: if a parent company is linked to the client (subsidiary company), you can include the parent client in your search.
Archivable: here you can choose between the options 'Yes' and 'No'. If you activate the option 'Yes', the search result will only contain clients to whom matters are linked that do not contain work in progress, disbursements to be charged, advances to be settled and/or outstanding invoices.
By default, the search will only include active clients.
If you want to search all clients or specifically the archived clients, you can do this at the top of the page via the 'Filter' button or select the desired filter at the bottom of the page.
