The Legalsense update of November 2022 has version 22.11 and includes the following changes.
- The action of archiving a client, matter, or contact used to be linked to the permission 'manage_client', 'manage_matter', or 'manage_contact'. This is changed into separate permissions. To add or edit a client, matter, or contact you need the permissions, mentioned above. To archive a client, matter, and/or contact, you need to have the new permission 'archive_client', 'archive_matter', and/or 'archive_contact'. These permissions are automatically added to the permission groups that have the 'manage' permissions. If you would like to change this, please get in touch with Legalsense support.
- When performing a conflict check search, the notes field for contacts is also included in the search. The notes are also displayed in the search result.
- The option for downloading invoices via APIv2 is now documented within the APIv2.
- On various pages within the 'Settings' section, the editing process has been made more efficient by showing the contents of forms in pop-up modals instead of on new pages. For example, when you go to 'Settings' - 'Lists' - 'Address kinds' and click on the 'edit' button, you will see a pop-up screen to edit the address kind, instead of being redirected to a new page.
